Teaching Profile

This section of my profile focuses on my record and goals as a teacher.  As my introduction indicates, I firmly believe that teaching and community engagement should lie either at or near the heart of the historian’s academic agenda. Historians’ points of engagement with students and with the public offer chances to make real and tangible social differences.

This section includes pages explaining my motivations and rationales as a teacher, displaying my record as an instructor, and demonstrating my approach to pedagogy and class creation.  You can find these pages either by following the links below, or by clicking on the links available in the left-hand menu.
